Everything you need to know about how we ship, how long it takes, and what happens if something goes wrong. All delivery is subject to our full Terms & Conditions.
Nigeria only: Our service is intended exclusively for customers based in Nigeria. By placing an order, you confirm that you are accessing our service from within Nigeria. Customers outside Nigeria use our service entirely at their own risk and no representations are made regarding compliance with laws outside the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
Please note: All delivery timelines are estimates only — not guaranteed dates. Factors outside our control such as customs, courier delays, public holidays, or weather may affect your delivery. We are not liable for delays caused by third-party logistics providers or border agencies.
How Our Delivery Works
MenacGifts acts as an intermediary — we procure your chosen item(s) from a third-party supplier and coordinate delivery to your specified recipient. We do not operate our own fleet; we work with trusted third-party courier and logistics partners.
Delivery Zones & Estimated Timelines
We deliver to 50+ countries internationally. Delivery times are estimates from the date of dispatch — not the date of order placement.
- ✦Exact delivery estimates for your specific destination are shown at checkout before payment.
- ✦Business days exclude weekends and public holidays in Nigeria and the destination country.
- ✦During peak seasons (Christmas, Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, etc.), delivery timelines may be longer. We will notify you if your order is affected.
Same-Day Delivery — Conditions
Same-day delivery is available on eligible items in select areas. The following conditions must all be met for same-day delivery to be fulfilled:
- ✦Order & payment confirmed before the same-day cut-off time displayed at checkout.
- ✦The item is in stock and available from our supplier on that day.
- ✦A delivery partner is available in the recipient's area on that day.
- ✦The recipient's address is accessible and within our same-day coverage area.
- ✗We do not guarantee same-day delivery where any of the above conditions cannot be met. If same-day cannot be fulfilled, we will contact you immediately to agree on the next available delivery date.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your destination, the size and weight of your order, and the chosen delivery method. The price shown at checkout is the final shipping charge — there are no hidden fees added after payment.
- ✦Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return or failed delivery is due to an error on our part.
- ✦For international orders, import duties and customs fees charged by the destination country are not included in our shipping cost and are the responsibility of the customer or recipient. See our Customs section below.
- ✦Re-delivery charges arising from recipient unavailability, refusal, or inaccessible addresses are borne by the Sender.
Address Accuracy & Recipient Availability
It is the Sender's sole responsibility to provide a complete, accurate, and accessible delivery address. Menac Gifts is not liable for failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information.
- ✦Please include all necessary address details: building name/number, street, city, state/province, postal code, and country.
- ✦The Sender is responsible for ensuring the recipient is willing and available to receive the delivery at the specified address and time.
- ✦If delivery fails due to the recipient being unavailable or refusing the delivery, re-delivery costs are borne by the Sender.
- ✦If a package is returned to us or our logistics partner after a failed delivery, the Sender will be contacted. If unclaimed or unresolved within 14 days, the order may be forfeited without a refund.
- ✗We are not liable for deliveries made to an address the Sender provided incorrectly. In such cases, recovery of the package is the Sender's responsibility and any additional costs incurred will be charged to the Sender.
Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, tracking details will be sent to the Sender's contact information (email or phone number provided at checkout).
- ✦Tracking updates are provided by our third-party logistics partners. The frequency and accuracy of updates depends on the courier used for your delivery zone.
- ✦For same-day local deliveries, real-time courier updates may be provided via chat or phone.
- ✦If your tracking shows no movement for more than 5 business days, please contact our support team and we will escalate with the courier on your behalf.
- ✦All delivery notifications and confirmations are sent to the Sender, not the Recipient, unless otherwise requested.
Lost or Damaged Packages
Once a package is handed to a third-party courier, responsibility for that package transfers to the courier. MenacGifts will make every reasonable effort to assist in tracing lost parcels, but cannot guarantee outcomes with third-party logistics providers.
- ✦If your package appears lost in transit, contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. We will open a formal investigation with the courier.
- ✦If an item arrives visibly damaged, the Sender must provide photo or video evidence of the damage within 48 hours of delivery to be eligible for a claim.
- ✦Claims submitted outside these time windows may not be eligible for resolution.
- ✗MenacGifts is not liable for loss or damage caused by the courier or logistics provider after dispatch. We will advocate on your behalf but our liability is limited to the order value paid.
- ✗We do not accept claims for damage to perishable or consumable items (e.g. food, flowers) that are due to natural deterioration in transit rather than mishandling.
Customs, Duties & Import Regulations
For international deliveries, the recipient's country may impose customs duties, import taxes, or inspection fees. These are not included in our quoted shipping costs unless expressly stated at checkout.
- ✦The Sender and/or Recipient is solely responsible for any applicable customs duties or import taxes at the destination.
- ✦It is the Sender's responsibility to confirm that the ordered items are legal to import into the recipient's country. We accept no liability for packages seized or rejected due to prohibited goods.
- ✦MenacGifts will provide all reasonable documentation (receipts, packing lists, etc.) to assist with customs clearance where possible.
- ✗We are not liable for packages delayed, seized, or destroyed by customs authorities. We will assist but cannot override the decisions of border agencies.
Delays Beyond Our Control
MenacGifts shall not be liable for delivery delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control. These include but are not limited to:
- ✦Natural disasters, severe weather, flooding, or power outages affecting courier networks.
- ✦Pandemics, government-imposed restrictions, border closures, or customs embargoes.
- ✦Public holidays, strikes, or civil unrest in Nigeria or the destination country.
- ✦Platform or internet outages affecting our suppliers or logistics providers.
In such events, we will notify you as soon as reasonably possible and offer a revised delivery estimate, an alternative arrangement, or a full refund at our discretion.
Special Occasion Deliveries
We understand that many orders are time-sensitive — birthdays, anniversaries, Valentine's Day, and other occasions. While we do everything in our power to deliver on time, please note:
- ✦Delivery timelines are estimates, not guarantees. We strongly recommend ordering well in advance of the occasion to account for possible delays.
- ✦MenacGifts is not liable for any missed occasion, emotional distress, or consequential loss arising from a delayed delivery — including birthdays, holidays, or anniversaries.
- ✦If you have a critical delivery deadline, please contact our support team before placing your order so we can advise on feasibility.
- ✦Same-day delivery is your best option for last-minute occasion gifts — subject to the conditions in Section 3 above.

In the event of any conflict between this page and the full Terms & Conditions, the Terms & Conditions shall prevail. Nothing in this policy limits any statutory rights you may have under applicable consumer protection legislation in your jurisdiction.
